CREATIVE DESIGNER

We are looking for a Creative Designer who can translate campaign ideas and gamified loyalty mechanics into compelling visual systems across digital, social and interactive platforms.

This role is suited for a designer who understands how visual design drives behaviour. Someone who can move from key visual development to motion assets and interactive layouts, while maintaining strong craft and clarity.

Responsibilities

Campaign Visual Systems

  • Develop strong key visuals and adaptable visual systems for integrated campaigns
  • Design assets across social, display, CRM emailers, microsites and digital activations
  • Build scalable layouts that maintain consistency across multiple formats and platforms
  • Ensure visual hierarchy and messaging clarity to support campaign objectives

Gamified & Interactive Experiences

  • Translate gamified concepts such as missions, rewards, tiers and spend mechanics into visually engaging interfaces
  • Design interactive layouts for microsites, landing pages and loyalty experiences
  • Collaborate with strategists and developers to visualise participation flows and reward journeys
  • Create visual assets that enhance participation and conversion within gamified ecosystem

Motion & Digital Assets

  • Conceptualise and produce 2D motion graphics for campaign teasers, explainer content and gameplay walkthroughs
  • Develop animated assets optimised for social and digital placements
  • Apply motion principles to improve clarity, storytelling and engagement

UX Support & Prototyping

  • Support the creation of wireframes, mockups and prototypes in collaboration with UX leads
  • Design intuitive interfaces with strong hierarchy and clear user journeys
  • Incorporate feedback and performance insights into iterative design improvements

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with Creative Director, content teams, CRM specialists and developers to ensure cohesive execution
  • Manage multiple deliverables while maintaining quality and deadlines
  • Stay updated on design, motion and AI driven creative tools to improve workflow efficiency

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Visual Communication, Digital Design, Motion Design or related field
  • 3 to 5 years experience in digital campaign design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating integrated work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Strong understanding of layout systems, typography and digital design principles
  • Experience producing motion graphics using After Effects or similar tools
  • Familiarity with interactive design, microsites or loyalty platforms is an advantage
  • Exposure to AI assisted design tools is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute pixel precise work
  • Clear communication and presentation skills

DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can balance strong campaign management skills with client servicing responsibilities. You will play a dual role:

  1. Driving digital media strategy, execution, and optimisation across multiple platforms.
  2. Acting as the day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and delivery of results.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the hands-on management of campaigns and the relationship-building aspect of client servicing in a fast-paced agency environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, consistent, and proactive communication.
  • Understand client business goals, marketing needs, and KPIs to recommend appropriate digital strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, design, media) to ensure timely campaign delivery.
  • Prepare and present campaign reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.
  • Manage client expectations, handle feedback, and provide solutions to challenges that arise.

Media Strategy and Planning

  • Develop media strategies aligned with client objectives and target audiences.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify suitable digital media channels.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to set campaign goals, KPIs, and budget allocations.
  • Support the development of comprehensive media plans, including timelines and tactical recommendations.

Campaign Execution and Optimisation

  • Set up and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, ensuring budgets are optimised and KPIs are on track.
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and creative optimisation to maximise results.
  • Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Content Development and Coordination

  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad copies and visuals are compelling and aligned with objectives.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all client campaigns.
  • Coordinate with content creators and partners for campaign assets or collaborations.

Budget Management and Reporting

  • Track and manage client budgets, ensuring spend is within agreed allocations.
  • Provide regular campaign performance reports, highlighting key metrics, learnings, and recommendations.
  • Advise clients on new opportunities, trends, and innovations in the digital landscape.

 

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or client servicing (agency experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, display networks).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills — able to translate technical performance into clear client-friendly updates.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts at once.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-first mindset.

Good to Have

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM, programmatic buying, or CRM/automation platforms.
  • Experience in preparing and leading client presentations

CONTENT CREATOR

Do you live and breathe content and creativity 24/7?  We are searching for a content creator responsible for crafting and managing various types of content to enhance our client’s brand presence and engagement. As a content creator, you’ll be at the heart of our client’s brand storytelling, weaving creative content across multiple platforms to engage with audiences in meaningful ways.

Responsibilities

  • Manage brand social media activities, including content scheduling, copywriting, community engagement, and performance analysis.
  • Conceptualise and implement integrated campaign concepts and ideas across various relevant touchpoints, including digital, above-the-line (ATL), and below-the-line (BTL) channels.
  • Conduct research to collect insights and gain an understanding of the client, target audience, and market dynamics.
  • Work closely with the team to develop ideas, ensuring it aligns with client’s brief and produce compelling creative approaches, concepts, and copy.
  • Oversee content management across multiple platforms, including social media, blogs, publications, below-the-line collateral, and digital channels.
  • Thoroughly review content to guarantee perfect spelling, grammar, language, and adherence to brand tone.
  • Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines, aligns with broader campaign concepts, and meets communication goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as the Content Leads, Creative Director and Account Managers, and external partners when needed, to develop copy, content, and marketing ideas.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to develop and implement projects for various clients.
  • Regularly assess the success of social media and campaign efforts and suggest necessary adjustments.
  • Manage and attend production shoots with creative teams, serving as a client liaison and sometimes as a producer when required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Servicing, Creatives, and Strategists.
  • Communicate with clients to share project progress updates, receive briefs and feedback, or present creative ideas and concepts when required.

Requirements

  • Ability to translate and localize content for market-specific initiatives, and to negotiate and liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of and keeps up with current social media trends.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience managing social media and digital marketing strategies for brands.
  • Possesses good storytelling abilities and can create interesting content angles.
  • Skilled in using editing software and apps like Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Canva.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong time/project management skills.

  • Participate in the Marketing planning and creative generation of fresh ideas
  • Liaise with partners and vendors with a keen eye on the quality of their deliverables
  • Management & resolution of client issues
