Income Treats is NTUC Income’s Loyalty Programme for their Policy Holders. With Income Treats, Policyholders can expect a wide range of “treats” from Income, ranging from partner deals with merchants, flash discounts, lucky draw chances and exclusive super deals.

In this campaign, the Meet Isaac team was tasked to develop a digital gamification campaign to engage their policy holders as part of the Income Treats programme. Scope of work includes ideation and creative conceptualisation, game play strategy, technical development as well as communication strategy on Social Media and Income’s digital channels such as website and email marketing.

The primary goal of this microsite for the Income Eco Run is to drive sign-ups and communicate the mission and vision to participants. As a unique one of a kind event, we incorporated interactive elements on our microsite to enhance engagement, allowing users to select their preferred running distance.

The site highlights Income’s commitment to zero waste efforts and showcases achievements from previous years. We also created fun and relatable social media content and run ads to drive traffic to this microsite.
