DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can balance strong campaign management skills with client servicing responsibilities. You will play a dual role:

  1. Driving digital media strategy, execution, and optimisation across multiple platforms.
  2. Acting as the day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and delivery of results.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the hands-on management of campaigns and the relationship-building aspect of client servicing in a fast-paced agency environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, consistent, and proactive communication.
  • Understand client business goals, marketing needs, and KPIs to recommend appropriate digital strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, design, media) to ensure timely campaign delivery.
  • Prepare and present campaign reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.
  • Manage client expectations, handle feedback, and provide solutions to challenges that arise.

Media Strategy and Planning

  • Develop media strategies aligned with client objectives and target audiences.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify suitable digital media channels.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to set campaign goals, KPIs, and budget allocations.
  • Support the development of comprehensive media plans, including timelines and tactical recommendations.

Campaign Execution and Optimisation

  • Set up and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, ensuring budgets are optimised and KPIs are on track.
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and creative optimisation to maximise results.
  • Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Content Development and Coordination

  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad copies and visuals are compelling and aligned with objectives.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all client campaigns.
  • Coordinate with content creators and partners for campaign assets or collaborations.

Budget Management and Reporting

  • Track and manage client budgets, ensuring spend is within agreed allocations.
  • Provide regular campaign performance reports, highlighting key metrics, learnings, and recommendations.
  • Advise clients on new opportunities, trends, and innovations in the digital landscape.

 

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or client servicing (agency experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, display networks).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills — able to translate technical performance into clear client-friendly updates.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts at once.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-first mindset.

Good to Have

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM, programmatic buying, or CRM/automation platforms.
  • Experience in preparing and leading client presentations
