Income Treats is NTUC Income’s Loyalty Programme for their Policy Holders. With Income Treats, Policyholders can expect a wide range of ”treats” from Income, ranging from partner deals with merchants, flash discounts, lucky draw chances and exclusive super deals.
In this campaign, the Meet Isaac team was tasked to develop a digital gamification campaign to engage their policy holders as part of the Income Treats programme. Scope of work includes ideation and creative conceptualisation, game play strategy, technical development as well as communication strategy on Social Media and Income’s digital channels such as website and email marketing.
