Pop up E-Store
Food retailing no longer needs to be confined to the constraints of a physical restaurant. Leveraging on digital retail channels to reach out to their audiences in a non-conventional way during the Mooncake Festival. Imperial Treasure was able to successfully implement a pop-up e-Store for the sales and pre-order of mooncakes, paving the way for non-traditional sales channel for a food and beverage retailer. Meet Isaac was appointed as the agency to design and develop the first ever pop up e-Store for an F&B client and needless to say, we’re more than thrilled to have pulled it off.
Physical stamp cards are traditionally used by most F&B Retailers to track customers’ loyalty and foster repeat purchases, but not Imperial Treasure. Imperial Treasure does not shy away from navigating the often unnerving digital age, with this mind-set, Imperial Treasure ventures boldly into the digital realm by introducing a membership portal for their members to easily track and access their benefits and rewards.
