Meet Isaac was commissioned by Tangs to work on a comprehensive facelift of its shopping experience for shoppers online and in-store.
This comprises an extensive rehaul of the loyalty programme, Tangs e-store site and Tangs mobile app. With the completion of this project,
Tangs was able to have an end to end view of its customers interacting across all touchpoints. Undertaking this project in just 6 months was no easy feat for the team but having done so, Meet Isaac was able to customize an all-encompassing Omni-channel strategy for Tangs which is essential for all serious retail players in this retail climate.
