Meet Isaac was contracted to manage the social feeds and engagement for the first leg of the New Balance Run On Regional series. Meet Isaac was tasked to grow the awareness of the race, promote sales of race tickets as well as act as the main point of information dissemination for participants. Due to unfavourable weather circumstances where the PSI exceeded unhealthy range, the organizers made the tough decision to turn the competitive run into a fun walk, the team was on-site at the event to manage the crisis and transformed participants’ feedback and experience into a positive one, through timely responses. Overall, the first leg of the inaugural New Balance Run On race was a success and Meet Isaac is happy to be a part of the experience.
